We help lenders with customers who are in default or showing signs of financial weakness. Our services can include:
- Onsite monitoring of a borrower including collateral monitoring - either with a continuous onsite presence or with periodic visits
- Updating the lender both informally through daily phone calls as well as with formal written reports
- Assisting the company with day-to-day accounting functions if, as typically occurs, the accounting staff and key employees resign or are laid off
